Hudson River Stripers?

Do to the fact that I don’t yet own a boat. The new bait laws have really taken the fun out of fishing Stripers in May. No car transport and the catch and use locations are over run. I know they are just trying to do the right thing for our local eco system, But a little wiggle room with the Herring would keep Striper fishing fair for everyone.

Be sure and chime in! I would really like to know what others are thinking about the stricter bait laws. Not just here on the Hudson , But anywhere that it has affected the way you fish.
